Tom Mosher at it again with another web video. I think this is the 3rd or 4th this month alone. The multilevel pedal grind is epic. Keep it up Tom!

Good Times In Toronto
Here's a quick little web video that Tom Mosher put together of some recent sessions. I think this video is more just us all dorking around than anything too serious but I like how it turned out! Good job Tom.

(For the record, I did not ride out of that fakie double barspin but I have landed them and ridden away at other times, just not that particular day of filming.)

Halloween Race Trailer
I'm am stoked on this trailer for the up coming Super Champion Halloween race going down in Vancouver. The trailer was put together by Wayne Morhart and it looks epic. Wayne is also the brain behind The Rat Cult project that is still being filmed. Take a peak at the trailer and then book your ticket to Vancouver because you aren't going to want to miss this! I also hear it's free for all out-of-towners and most of the money raised is going to charity!

Check out the old footage of Ten Ten doing pogo's at 0:51, I think he's riding his old Vivalo!

Ryan Narita
As some of you may have noticed the last post was not by Tom, and for that reason we would like to introduce you to our newest member of the Skitch family, Ryan Narita. Ryan is a very talented rider who burst out of nowhere about six months ago in Vancouver and surprised all of us. He's super creative on a bike and is always innovating and inspiring us. With Tom moving over to the East Coast we needed someone to keep the news flowing from Vancouver. So as of now we will be bringing you updates from both sides of Canada. We'd really like to thank Ryan for coming on board and look forward to his updates here on the blog.

So on Sunday I met up with Tom Mosher and Ted Power in downtown Toronto for a ride. Ted happens to be a seriously awesome photographer and was able to snap some great photo's. This is what went down. If you like these definately check out Ted's blog at www.tedpowerisyourboss.blogspot.com.
Briggs footjam whips in the archway

Nose bonk over the hip!

No handed endo footjam in the archway!

Stall to fakie on a rack of fencing!

You'll just have to wait to find out what this trick was. It's not what you think!

TO Track Tricks
I've been in Toronto for about a month and a half now and have made some good friends here so far. Every Tuesday we get together and have a trick night at Trinity-Bellwoods park. I finally got some pics of what went down thanks to Ted Power, a local Toronto photographer and fixed gear rider. You should check out his blog at www.tedpowerisyourboss.blogspot.com.

Tyler Lepore of Super Champion

There is a fantastic video interview with Tyler Lepore, owner of Super Champion up now at http://cavedweller.com/all-scenes/snow. The video documents how Tyler got into cycling, how the shop came about and it's influence in the Vancouver cycling community. Go check it out, it's super interesting and the cinematography is great.

News
There have been some major changes here at Skitch. Half of our team has moved to Toronto while the other half has remained in Vancouver. Tom has made the move to the east while Evans will be holding it down with Ryan out on the west coast. Things will continue as normal but we will have new products available in the near future. It has been a super busy summer for all of us here and we've had to take a small step back from Skitch but with fall looming around the corner we will be back at work bringing you all some new goods and news from both coasts. For now here are a couple pictures by Eliot May (http://www.eliotmay.blogspot.com) of Tom riding bmx out at UBC shortly before his departure to Toronto. We hope you are all having a wonderful summer!

Barspins and Baby Jesus X Travis Jutson Photography
So it was Tom's final Barspins and Baby Jesus on Thursday due to him moving to Toronto. It was an awesome session at the Jesus Bank, Hastings Elementary and the Clark and Powell Step Up. Travis Jutson came along and shot photos, here's some of what went down that night.
Wayne absolutely destroying the step up. This was the highest air I've ever seen on a track bike. He's still going up in the picture!
Tom barspin to fakie on the steep part of the Jesus Bank.
Tom explaining how to do sliders to Ten Ten. He had them completely dialed an hour later.
Ten Ten air to fakie.
Ryan
Ten Ten one handed wheelie.
Ten Ten and friend from Japan.
The Crew!
Ten Ten one handed wheelie.
Ten Ten airing out of the step up!
Tom with some airtime!
Wayne somehow crashed on the step up and got his ankle trapped between the left crank arm and the left chain stay with his foot crammed into the spoke. It was a pretty scary experience and I think we all thought his ankle was broken but after removing his rear wheel and freeing him from his bike it looked like he got away with some ground up skin and a huge indent from the chainstay on his ankle. You can see the indent in this picture, it's the dark red mark on the inside of his leg. Wayne you are one lucky dude!
